About

I am teaching yoga since 2014. I started under the guidance of Hiske van der Meulen and Claas Hille at iyogautrecht.nl I keep giving classes for them on Zoom from Eilat. Twice a year I travel to The Netherlands to give a workshop and study with my teachers.

I started my yoga journey out of curiosity: you never know until you try… and I keep trying every day.

The precision and details in the Iyengar method feels right to me and I believe that everyone can enjoy its benefits and improve their quality of life.

When I wanted to share my experiences with friends and family, I discovered a new angle to the practice: to pass on and teach others.

My love for yoga and traveling has taken me to different places in the world, combining yoga and nature. I have visited India several times, taking classes with the Iyengar family and other teachrs. 

At the end of 2020 I moved to Eilat, where I combine my love of yoga, hiking, and windsurfing.

I took the teacher course and certification exams up to level 2 in the Netherlands with my teacher Berber Schönholzer in Amsterdam.

Since June 2019, certified at Level 2 CIYT.
